I just installed COMODO Firewall(the newest version) and when I try to open it it crashes immediately. I have avast antivirus and malwarebytes. I am also running windows 7(64bit).
Are you running the free or paid version of Malwarebytes?
Do you have the behaviour blocker of Avast active? If so disable it and see if that helps.
Also try adding the CFP installation folder to the exceptions of MBAM and Avast.
