COMODO Firewall is blocking Opera@USB

I’ve had the current Comodo Firewall running for ~2 weeks, and today I ran Opera@USB (a portable build of Opera). My laptop runs Windows 7 64-bit.

Comodo blocked Opera from any sort of Internet access, without any trace of “Opera” in the event log whatsoever. When I disabled the firewall, Opera worked normally. After I added Opera to the list of trusted applications (by indicating the running process, opera.exe), it also worked normally.

There was no rule against Opera in the Network Security Policy. And no Firewall Event in the log. Why did Comodo block Opera, and why didn’t it report anything about that?

Unfortunately we do need this issue to be reported in the full right format, and with all the information we have asked for, if we are to forward it to verified issues.

For the moment I am going to move it to the Orphaned/Resolved child board. If you do edit your post to create a complete issue report in standard format, and PM an active mod, we will of course consider moving it to verified reports.

The devs only look at the Orphaned/Resolved board if they have time, so please do edit the post and PM an active mod if you want it fixed.
