Comodo Firewall can't remember settings for Electrum bitcoin wallet

I set Electrum as allowed application in Application Rules but each time it try to connect to internet Comodo Firewall popup a message. Any idea why?

What’s the message telling? Is it for incoming or outgoing traffic?

It’s outgoing traffic. The message say that electrum.exe is trying to connect to internet.
