Comodo Firewall and low id in P2P clients

Hi,

I have installed comodo firewall, and allow my two P2P Clients (Emule and BTorrent). But i have an low id problem in the two of them. If i allow all the traffic in comodo firewall, this problem disapeard.
Can anyone tell me how to configure comodo firewall, and put my P2P clients working fine.
