Comodo firewall 3 default settings?

I have just instal your neweste firewall on my mothers laptop but it popup all the time that i have allow or block is there security setting that comodo can allow or block by the progran itself?

If you just installed Comodo then it is at defaults. Read here.Try putting the firewall and D+ in training mode for a week or so.
