Comodo Firewall 11 leaving 7 zip files in temp folder every 2 hours

A. THE BUG/ISSUE (Varies from issue to issue)
Can you reproduce the problem & if so how reliably?:
Yes, it happens automatically every 2 hours. Note that a manual update check does not trigger this, no extra files remain.
If you can, exact steps to reproduce. If not, exactly what you did & what happened:
1:Installed Comodo Firewall Free 11.0.0.6744
2:Wait 2 hours (I assume for an auto-update check, or the upload of anonymous statistics, or something else that happens exactly every 2 hours)
3:Look in the temp folder (the folder indicated by %temp%, in my caseC:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Temp), to see 7 zip files, all of them empty and 22 bytes in size.

One or two sentences explaining what actually happened:
The 7 files mentioned remain. 7 new ones are added every 2 hours. After a few months, this amounts to thousands of files (if you leave your computer running long enough each day).
Note that I do turn of my computer daily, so the files remain across reboots.
One or two sentences explaining what you expected to happen:
Temp files should be deleted after use.
If a software compatibility problem have you tried the advice to make programs work with CIS?:
N/A
Any software except CIS/OS involved? If so - name, & exact version:
N/A
Any other information, eg your guess at the cause, how you tried to fix it etc:

B. YOUR SETUP
Exact CIS version & configuration:
Not CIS, but only the free firewall (I could not find a separate forum for this). Comodo Firewall 11.0.0.6744

Potentially relevant settings:

Check for program updates each: 1 day
Automatically download program updates: OFF
Automatically install program updates in critical situation: OFF
Check database updates every: 6hours

Logging:
Write to local database: ON
Write to windows event log: OFF
When log file reaches: 20Mb: keep updating it removing the oldest logs
Send anonymous statistics to Comodo: ON

Hips enabled
Cloud lookup enabled
Viruscope enabled

7 configurations exist (older ones form updates) only 1 is active of course. I only mention this because the amount of configueraiotns happens to match the amount of files left every 2 hours.

Modules enabled & level. D+/HIPS, Autosandbox/BBlocker, Firewall, & AV:
Firewall: Safe mode
Auto containment: disabled
HIPS: Safe mode

Have you made any other changes to the default config? (egs here.):

This is the diagnostics report. I cannot find anything that looks like the killswitch files instructions, so I assume that’s not for the Firewall product.

Hi Legolas_a20,

Thanks for reporting, could you please check your Inbox for private message and provide the requested logs.

The requested logs are in the PM reply.

Hi Legolas_a20,

Thank you. I have submitted the logs to developer for investigation.

From the 12th version, USER TEMP files will continue to increase with red circled files.

Windows 7pro CIS 2019 12.0.0.6818

Thank you for the induction.

Hi, I see this is moved to resolved/outdated issues, does that mean it’s fixed? Because I still have the files all day long in my version 12.0.0.6818 (so much so that I’ve set up a task with a batch file to clean them up).
