Comodo Dragon DNS servers not working

Preferred DNS server: 8.26.56.26
even this one 8.20.247.20
Alternate DNS server: 156.154.70.22

whenever i put these in my ipv4 protocol
then save and open any browser
and try to go to any website it doesnt work then when i troubleshoot the connection it says the DNS is not responding

its the same no matter where i go right now im at a library but it doesnt even work here or itt-tech
i need help any help would be appreciated as long as it starts working
also im running windows 8

Are those IP adresses listed when you run ipconfig /all command?

yes they are i had to remove them to get back on the internet cause the servers from comodo weren’t responding according to a network diagnostics
