I can’t add a bookmark to any web page by clicking the star button on the address bar or using Bookmark manager. If I try to add a bookmark the browser crashes. I uninstalled and re-installed v23.4. But still the problem exists. See attached screenshot. :-\

Try running with all 3rd party extensions disabled and see if the problem persists.
In case of some form of corruption in Dragons user profile you could try a new profile.
To create a new user profile in Comodo Dragon
Note: Settings, preferences and bookmarks are not automatically transferred to the new user profile.
Trying the portable version will also help eliminate user profile issues.
Note: The portable version will not effect your installed version.
