Comodo Dragon crashes as soon as I try to load a web page

I am trying to use the newest version of Comodo Dragon. When I launch the browser and attempt to load any web page, Comodo Dragon always crashes with the same “Woah! Comodo Dragon has just crashed!” error. I have tried the following so far:

  • Recreated user profile
  • Reinstalled the application and restarted the PC
  • Turned off the firewall
  • Turned off extensions

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium Edition. I also tried looking at the event log but didn’t see any useful error information there. Any ideas?

Hi and welcome Caldus,
There was an issue with the previous version 42 crashing when the systems DPI settings were set at 150% or above, not sure if it is the same bug has showed up again in version 43. :-\

Some things to try if it is not the above.
Try disabling all 3rd party extensions and plugins.
chrome://extensions
chrome://plugins

Try disabling ‘Use hardware acceleration when available’, found under system in the advanced settings.

Thanks.
