My question: have any sense use the CD (with don’t send Http referrer header option) with adblock ad filter addon with easyprivacy subscription filter -together?
Or the “double shiled” is redundant?

It would be probably 99% redundant. There may be a few things in one blocker that aren’t in the other but most likely not enough to worry about.
