Comodo does not work in the WLAN of my University with Nortel VPN 6.01.102 client (http://www.rz.uni-frankfurt.de/campusnetz/vpn/pdf/cvc_601_102/CVC_601_102_ReleaseNotes.pdf).

I cannot read German, so I cannot help directly. However, it is not uncommon these days for computers connected within a University LAN to have software firewalls… in fact, its very common. As a result Uni System Admins can usually give you directions on how to configure your firewall with their LAN (what ports & IPs are required, etc…). There are also often help pages on this within the Uni’s own web site.
Additionally, you can often use the blocks found in CFPs Log as an indicator as to what is needed by the LAN. Although this might not help with specific Uni gateways, servers, etc…
