Comodo does not show all active connections, and some times does not block some

Comodo version: 3.0.25.378 and old version (Safe mode for Fw & D+).
Windows XP prof SP2
Comodo does not show all active connections, and some times does not block some outgoing traffic.

I use for test: CurrPorts: Monitoring TCP/IP network connections on Windows
