comodo disk cleaner

Hi,
I have 2 hard drives drive 1 is labeled as C: and is my primary instal drive, I try and keep it pretty neat,
I also have a 2nd slave drive thats labeled F: I save all my junk files and games and pictures, many things that are not critical to my hard drive.
When I run the DIsk cleaner I loose my ability to run games on drive F: some of the programs are huge over 1gig. So I really don’t want them all over my C:. After the cleaning and re-boot it looses the ability to find the game or load it . Its seems the cleaner has removed the link to F: as though its a junk file?
I don’t want to spend hours re-loading the programs if every time I clean the drive it looses the ability to start the game.
Has anyone any ideas why this occurs.
Doug
PSPS I am very new to Comodo I do have that service Comodo service that could log in try and fix the files, but I want to understand the process. :-\

Hello,

Can you please provide us with the logs of CSC? It will give us an idea of what cleaning operations you have performed and what entries were removed.
The logs can be found in the installation folder of Comodo System Cleaner: CSC.log, CRC.log, CDC.log, CPC.log. The availability of these files depends on the cleaning operations you performed in the entire application.

Thank you.

finally found the file

Hi,
Many of the default setting maybe a little to aggresive for most novices, I really fond many of the changes were difficult to trouble shoot and would actually make software unusable after a cleaning.
I may have to wipe my PC again to recover all the software options I wish to use.
Use with caution, some feature can actually remove key items from your software making it unusable.

Hi,

The content you have posted is from CSC.log only. In order to find out the source of the problem and fix it, we need to have the detailed log for each of the cleaner module. In the same location where you found CSC.log you will also find CRC.log, CDC.log and CPC.log. Please post them here as attachments.
Thank you.
