Trying to download Firewall via AOL 9 and DSL. Get the following message. ‘Comodo Desktop Installer has encountered a problem and need to close.’
What needs to be done to have a good download.??

Where do you download the firewall from? Is it:

http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/download_firewall.html

Maybe you can try to download from FileHippo:

Also, are you trying to Run the download, or Save it (as to your desktop, and then Run it)?
