Comodo crashes on virus detection

I am using the Comodo Internet Security Free version 4.0.141842.828 and im having serious problems with it.
Whenever Comodo detects a virus the little alert box pops up and asks you what to do - thats what normaly happens and should happen.
But in my case, when a virus is found the alert box pops up but all the graphics are gone, its just a white box and when i click the comodo tray icon or the box comodo crashes and i have to start it manually.
Sometimes it doesnt even start on boot up, the tray will not show up.
Is there a fix for this problem?
Whats the point of having a antivirus when it crashes?
i have Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit fully updated.
Also i use Avira 10, maybe that interferes, and i have spybot 1.6
I have the language on estonian, maybe that affects that?

Please look for a “CRASH.DMP” file in following folders:

C:\Program Files\Comodo\COMODO Internet Security
C:\Users\All Users\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\

and attach it to your reply. This will greatly help in the investigation of the crash you’ve mentioned.

I have the same problem, windows 7 32 bit, I could not find any crash.dmp and I don’t have the following folders.

C:\Users\All Users\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\

I even did a search for the file and nothing was found.

I also tried ti find the file but didnt, ill try to download the same file and see if the file appears.

I have the same issue. Am running win7 home premium x86 and cannot find the crash dumps! I am using version: 4.1.150349.920

please can we have some help because otherwise this kind of defeats the point of real-time alerts.
