Comodo Crashed after upgrading to CB_3.0.171317.130

Hi,

I upgraded my existing version to CB_3.0.171317.130_xp_vista_server2003_server2008_win7 and comodo stopped working.

Could you please help me on this

No, I have installed in 2 servers, Win2k3 and Win2k8 but it crashed only in Win2k8.

I have uninstalled in Win2k8 Server and tried reinstalling, but still the same problem occurs

Please help. I am unable to make backups from this file server now.

Hi

Please export the registry keys HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComodoGroup\ComodoBackup and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ComodoGroup\ComodoBackup to .reg files.
Then delete these keys.
If the crash no longer occurs, please email me the exported registry keys .

Please create a dump file for CBU.exe when crash occurs.
You can do this in task manager, right click on CBU.exe in process list and choose “Create Dump File”.
After that please compress it and I will PM you details where to upload the file.

Operating system is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, 64 bit.

First I had 96 version working fine, upgraded to 129, it crashed, then upgraded to 130 and it also crashed.

The server has 2 processors, Intel Xeon 5504 @ 2.00 GHz.

Hi after deleting the feedback.dll file Comodo backup works but by default it backsup only in .cbu fomat.

I don’t get the option of simple copy, sync copy etc. Moreover I don’t get the options for advanced mode to choose volume shadow copy etc also.

Could you please look into this issue.

They are available, just make sure you are in “Advanced mode”.
If still they are not, please post a screen shot.
