Developers may or may or may not communicate with you in the forum or by PM/IM, depending on time availability and need. Because you have supplied complete information they may be able to replicate and fix the bug without doing so.
Thanks, but I have re-installed many times and I get the same results. Comodo does not even reply to the request to help after they see the problem that Comodo does not work and all I want is help to fix it.
Thanks. I thought of that. Clean wipe of disk and reload and Comodo does not work. New disk and new load of Comodo and Comodo does not work. New computer with wipe of disk with kill disk, reload of Windows and Comodo does not work. Another computer with wipe of disk and reload of Windows and Comodo does not work. Another new motherboard, processor and hard disk and load of Windows and Comodo does not work. What am I doing wrong? I am still waiting for Nick to respond.
This is all I get from Comodo no mater what computer, I load it on and no mater how many times I wipe the disk and reload Windows and Comodo. I am still waiting for Nick
It has been my experience that the wait for paying users of Comodo is in the hours range. I hope this wait is not as long, but I am still waiting. Yes Danny just responded.
I wish I could report all is well, but I can not. Right after GeekBuddy certified Comodo as working as designed, it crashed. My question is does everybody’s Comodo, after certifying by GeekBody, as working as designed, crash?
