Comodo container or start virtualized don't work

Hello everyone. I installed on my cpu Comodo Firewall 10 version 10.1.0.6476. and my S.O. it’s Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I tried before installing some programs to take advantage of the container or the virtualized environment of Comodo to be on the safe side. Well, I virtualized the first setup and everything went well, then with the second setup Comodo did not want to virtualize it either through the contextual menu or through the virtualized boot from the program itself. So I had to restart the cpu in order to reuse the Comodo option but as before from the second attempt, Comodo does not want to start the setup in a protected environment. I had to restart the machine again but with the same results. I ask for your help, thank you.

Please provide installer that you are seeing the issue with. Also try updating to the lastes CIS version by following the directions here and then run update task and see if you still experience the issue.

Hallo, i have already the last version of Comodo Firewall. Anyway restoring the Comodo container i have resolved. Thank you anyway.

Out of curiosity… is there any dmp file under %ProgramData%\Comodo\CisDumps ?

No. There aren’t files under %ProgramData%\Comodo\CisDumps. Anyway i have noted that after some installations through the comodo container, the latter don’t work more. I must to restore the container so that it return to normality. Is like the container’s memory fills and is necessary to empty.

If this happens again, please provide a list of running processes.
