Hi

I don’t know if it’s related to the app or if it’s an issue with the store, so I post here.

The store tells me that I already have ccloud. So the only choice I have (in the store) is to open CCloud, and no button to update to the new version. (I have the version 1.1.0.0).

Using the direct link does not work. The “Unknown Sources” are enabled, but I get an error message telling me that the app is not installed (something like that, it’s in French : “Application non installée”)

  • Your version of Android and the hardware you are using : Galaxy S II with Android 2.3.4
  • Other Backup & Security Software Installed (if any) : CMS
  • Is the issue reproducible? yes
  • Any other Additional Information (for example, any non-default settings used); nothing

To solve the problem, I uninstalled the old version, and installed the new one from the store. Now it’s seems to be ok.

I forgot to add something. With the previous version (1.1.0.0) I couldn’t open folders with non english letters in their names. Now it’s possible but non english letters are transformed. Instead of “é” I got “é”.
It’s not a big problem, just wanted to mention it.

Thank you for all

Samsung Galaxy s II
Android 2.3.6.
Phone is rooted and unlocked.

Backup software on demand only.
Security software is CMS (most recent), PhoneLocator Pro, Total Recall for Galaxy s II. (all apps are up to date).

Created a folder in Comodo Cloud and uploaded app files to it successfully. These files are only in the new folder.

Proceeded to upload a .doc file to the pre defined Document folder.
The upload went fine. But the file was found in both the pre defined folder and the root or home folder.
Deleting from the home directory (or folder if you prefer) also removed the file from the pre defined folder.
Did this a second time with exact same results. Note closed down and re logged in to Comodo Cloud for Android before attempting the second time.

The issue happens because the “Documents” is not a folder but a view. The same way we have tabs on CCloud website. It shows only the documents files and folders that contain documents inside.

I agree that it may cause confusion, because several users complained about this. We’ll make it more clear in the next release.

Thanks
