If there is a software conflict between the two products and can you do something if not then contacted there please Avira and works as tuned

It is never recommended to run more than 1 AV at once

I don’t recall CCAV ever being called a companion AV. With a sandbox it would be different from other cloud based AV solutions making it potentially less compatible.
