Comodo causing IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hopefully some clever techy types on here maybe able to help me with this, i’ll tell you what i’ve done so far to hopefully eliminate some as to why i’m getting this bsod.

Started getting this bsod recently and was getting it dozen times a day but at the time hadn’t thought it was comodo firewall, so i did a mem test and that passed, took the heatsink off me cpu, cleaned it up and put another coating of artic silver on, still getting bsod. Updated mobo, gfx and soundcard driver, removed creative sound card and run from onboard sound, still got bsod, reset bios to default still bsod, then replaced my psu with another one, still bsod. So next i remembered any software i installed over the last couple of weeks and started visiting forums and used search in forums with this error message. Came to this one and saw it could be an incompatability issue with my ethernet adapter though mine wasn’t mentioned, so updated drivers for my nic, still got bsod.

So then i unistalled Comodo and installed another firewall yesterday morning and i’ve not had one bsod for the last 2 days.

My ethernet adapter is a onboard ULi pci fast ethernet controller which came with my Asrock 939Dual vsta motherboard.

The thing is i like this firewall very much compared to any other i have used in the past, gives me a lot more control over my network traffic then any of its competaters and would be my first choice but as it stands i cannot use it even after the latest update, so some help on how to get it to work without this bsod would be greatly appreciated (:WIN)

Ok manged to translate system dump if it helps

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000016, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
