Comodo blocks network traffic

I’ve just noticed that Comodo is blocking traffic for the Windows Media Player Network Service even though the target machine is in my network and all requests are allowed between machines in my network under global rules ??? Is this a bug or is it ment to do this?
Windows 7 HP 32 Bit
CIS 4 Full with FW Safe Mode

I assume you are using the Internet Security configuration.

Then the rule for wmpnetwk.exe is probably somewhere under the All Applications rule. When that is the case it is subordinate to the rule set by the All Applications rule. Move the rule of wmpnetwk.exe to a place above the All Applications rule.
