Comodo blocking tinyurl links even when I exit

Hello, Up until recently I could click a link to a tinyurl and had no problems, now I get re-directed to a dns.com page and when clicking on “disregard” button nothing happens, it won’t let me continue to the tinyurl link. Even when I exit Comodo I still get re-directed to the dns.com page. How can I stop this? Thanks

To disable Comodo Secure DNS choose your operating system in the links below.
Following the instructions, in the final step select Obtain DNS server address automatically.
Windows XP - Manually Enabling or Disabling Comodo Secure DNS
Windows 7 / Vista - Manually Enabling or Disabling Comodo Secure DNS Service
