Comodo blocking access to server at work

Sometime Sat afternoon after having mapped a network drive through MY Computer–Map network drives, Comodo started blocking the connection.
I use Nortels connection software combined with a connection icon to connect directly to my offices operating system atwork and that works fine.
However, to connect to the server to see my files stored on that server I bypass the connection icon and map the server within My Computer.
As I said, it worked fine up until sat.
Is there a way to unblock the server address?
I looked through help, but couldn’t figure out how to all the connection by mapping my work server address.
