Hi

We have a few questions:

What type of backup it is?
Is the problem reproducible?
What windows version do you have? Is it 32-bit or 64-bit?

hi,

  1. I used Partition Backup, from C:\ to D:\
  2. It always happen
  3. I’m using Windows 2003 Std R2 SP2 - 32bit
    I can provide the log if you needed, please give me the path.

This looks like a GUI issue.
The next release will have some major GUI improvements, so the problem will be fixed.
