I’ve also spotted the issue occurs while launching a context-menu scan for a folder or partition. It doesn’t bring up if you launch it from the Comodo’s GUI.
Thank you very much for your report in standard format, with all information supplied. The care you have taken is much appreciated by Comodo, and will increase the likelihood that this bug can be fixed.
Developers may or may or may not communicate with you in the forum or by PM/IM, depending on time availability and need. Because you have supplied complete information that may be able to replicate and fix the bug without doing so.
Is anyone else able to replicate this?
I just updated to the latest 5.8 and the issue is there all the time I launch a context-menu scan (right-clicking a folder).
Thank you! I’m using Windows 7 machine, and more than 70% of CPU for a scan is a lot, especially if this doesn’t occur while launching from Comodo’s GUI.
