Comodo AV saying everything is viral

Hi I have an exteme problem with comodo at the moment. I just reformatted my drive and got comodo back on it. I tried Hijackthis to see if there might be an issue. but it all came back positive. It is telling me that most if not all my executables are viral. Just for instance…my mixersel.exe which is my audio setting…even my AC’97 audio executables. It even said that my nvidia software executables are viral. all these are being reported as Virus.Win32.Sality.GEN and also Win32.Kashu.B Take in mind that I have not installed anything but my drivers for my video and audio. I tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them, but it still brought up the same alert. Any help would br greatly appreciated. I am running the free 5.3 version of Comodo. Thanks,
