Just installed Comodo A/Spam but there is a conflict with Dr.Web Spider mail.Comodo keeps telling me to insert my e-mail address and comodo deletes spidermail from the system tray.

I did receive a support ticket but I have deleted by mistake.
If you login to the support site https://support.comodo.com you can view your tickets there, and see there status.

Thanks for the info, My ticket says that my problem as been forwarded to the developers and they will get back to me.this was on the 22 Oct.
No problem. I’m sure they are looking into this, as it can take time to find a problem and report back. I’m not sure, but I think you can send an email through the ticket or add the ticket details to it to check.
