Thank you for your bug reports in the required format.

Moved to verified.

Thank you

Dennis

Is there any chance how to solve it? I tried Outpost, but it didnt worked well.

Please check your windows application event logs to determine if the cmdagent service is timing out when loading.

Best wishes

Mike

Now i uninstal, clean the registry and all the settings an install again. Now all works fine. When problem appera again, I will check it.

OK, error is back. Now I realized that I am not sure what exactly you need. Sorry, I am newbie int his, can you explain me what yoiu need and where I can find it? I know where to open event log, but I dont what exactly is, what you want to know.

It should be a 7000 series system error (red cross symbol in XP) in relation to cmdagent.exe, saying it timed out when trying to start, if my hunch is correct.

In the windows system event logs.

Best wishes

OK, thanks for smart explanation. I check it and I did not found any error in event log which belongs to 7000 or cmdagent.exe.

But I found that it could be in relation with internet connection failure. I dont know if internet connection failure is caused by this bug org this bug is caused lost internet connection.

But it could be information which could help you.

So basicaly, when the bug appears I found that I am offline.

Thanks could you post screenshot of your windows event logs showing a reboot after which this error occurred?

Thanks

Mike

PS loss of internet access more likely a result than a cause, but possibly unrelated

Just now, CIS works fine, when I will see the error I will do screenshot.
