COMODO application agent is not running; but it appears to be!

Recently I’ve had a number of instances where COMODO appears as not active or waiting. I’m really lost on this one and have no idea where the problem is.

Now COMODO’s status displays the above message while it continues to notify of system messages.

Any thoughts given the somewhat brief question.

A re-install often fixes alot of problems… This would be the first thing I’d try :slight_smile:

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve tried the diagnostics plus the reinstallation of COMODO. What troubles me is this has recently started and it appears to reoccur even after a complete system rebuild but only after a short period of time.

I’ve run the COMODO initial scan, the Microsoft Malicious Software Tool and repeated scans with NOD32. Nothing appears and I’m stumped short of finally pulling the plug.
