Comodo Anti-Spam Authentication

We have been using the free version of Comodo AntiSpam 2005 for a long time now. We never had any problem with it until now. Every time we open Outlook Express, we get a box saying, “The account information is missing. Please providing (sic) the missing information in the following configuration screen.” Then, no matter how many times we put in the correct information, we get the same box over and over. It happens on my husband’s login and on mine. Just can’t figure it out. Has this happened to anyone else? We have called Customer Support and they can’t help us.

Happens to me too. wish they would fix this problem.
