I had that problem too. Just add the whole TuneUp Utilities 2010 folder to the Exclusions.

Scanner Settings → Exclusions → Add → Browse Files → Select the folder

Tuneup Utilities 2010 latest version and latest updates and CIS 4.1…920 with latest database 5939, no detection here, neither realtime nor ondemand. Have you set the heuristics to medium or high. Mine is at default low.

Unfortunately there’s no FP files. I have changed antivirus heuristics and scanning to Medium, maybe that is the reason for those false positive alerts. I added TuneUp Utilities to Firewall and Antivirus exclusions.
