Comodo 5 Firewall and Windows Firewall

I have noticed that after installing Comodo 5 firewall, the Windows Firewall is still running

Is this the default setting?

Comodo 4 Firewall did really disable Windows Firewall automatically

Is there any security risk if I disable the Windows Firewall service as a whole?

Hi Chris, it is recommended to only run one firewall. With Comodo firewall installed and running, I would disable Windows Firewall. As far as I know Comodo Firewall does not disable Windows Firewall Automatically. Hope this helps. Kind regards. Ps Do a forum search and you will find similar Topics.
