Gave this another try. Read through the forum that Windows Defender is known to give install problems. Disabled Real time protection in Windows Defender while doing the install, installed the firewall and re-enabled Real time protection. Comodo 3.0.14.276 works like a charm.

When I upgraded to Comodo Firewall version 3.0.14.276 I could not browse the Internet. This only affects browsing. I could use all other network related utilities perfectly well, except IE and Firefox could not display any page. I had a similar problem with 3.0.12.266 but it got resolved when I disabled “Do protocol analysis”. When I installed (Fresh install) 3.0.14.276 I thought it was a similar issue, but the “Do protocol analysis” was already disabled. So no luck. I have reverted back to 3.0.12.266 till someone else confirms the issue and maybe find a fix to it.
