Comode effectively lost my CounterSpy connection.

It will not activate online services/scanning features mode. Is there a work around for this. I have the updated .dat files installed.

It may well be that the application has become blocked by accident or it may need a rule created for it.
First thing to do is check Application Monitor and Component Monitor and see if any rules are being blocked. You also need to check your log files to see if there is any information related to the problem.
