Comin upp all the time in detection and in the Qarantine?

Can anyone help me?

This is reported as a virus (?) everytime I do a virusscan with Comodo.
No other reports of detection in the scan…
It comes back next sacnning everytime I remove it from the Quarantine!
This is the name:

Windows/system32/spool/drivers/w3286/PCC/e_df12ie.inf_962d980a.cab/E_DPPE03.EXE

What to do?

I would never have a file automatically quarantined from a scan (it may be a FP on a system file that will ultimately crash your system if quarantined).
Outside of that, mark it as one of your safe files and report it as a FP.
