Code 55

Hi all

I have been using CB for about 1 month and think it’s a great program. Recently I have been getting a process failed error code 55. I’m doing a User Settings backup and it was working until three days ago when I started getting the error. I’m running Windows 7 (64 bit) and ver. 2.2.127000.12 of CB. Any help would be great. Also I have deleted the User Setting and tried setting it up again but it didn’t work, kept getting the same error code. ???

Error code 55 relates to “Access Denied”.

Are you running the job under the same account used to create it?

Do you get the same error if you run the job as adminstrator (or equivalent)?
