I’m trying to backup a system but all I get is a fail notice with this

Anybody know what it means as there appear to be no posts relating to it.

There isn’t such error code.
Can you post a screenshot and the compressed logs in %TEMP%\ComodoLogsFolder?

I’ll post the logs shortly when I can get to the computer, but right now all I get is an email that simply states:

Backup "F:\New nightly" failed with code 1001230123012301230

So there obviously is such an error code, but what exactly is causing it I don’t know.

My guess is that the actual error code is 100123 which means “The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.”.
If you can provide the log of the backup operation or a screenshot with the error it would be helpful.

Sorry, we found a potential issue that might cause to send email notification with such code.
It will be fixed with next release.

To be sure of the exact cause we need to look at the logs in %TEMP%\ComodoLogsFolder
