CNQ read access error

On a number of occasions recently after update to CIS 5.0.163652.1142, there has been a notification of an access error from cnq at address 00495189 attempting to access 0092b5e8. I am running XP PRO SP3 and as far as I am aware was doing nothing special at the time these events occur. There seems to be no other diagnostics that I can find. I’ve run the diagnostic check in CIS and that says there is no problem with the installation.
The failure has happened on some 4 or 5 occasions separated by at least one system reload. The system seems to continue after the fail message and cnq does continue to run. It all seems a bit strange!
