I have 1 Question about the CMS

Why was this not translated into the red circles in the German see the 2 pictures into the red circles

I use the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005

When you click in the left corner on the symbol and when on settings can you see the device admin

Worked the Comodo Mobile Security 2.4.3 on Android 4.4.2
