Same error. When updating virus database. The error occurred directly after installation
but after playing around with the settings for a while, mostly the Application Lock and setting password and turning the lock service on, the virus update downloaded and installed ok.
For whatever reason. I was going to say me too but the problem is fixed for now. Good luck.
