To understand the reasons why we ask you to follow these guidelines please see below.

WHY WE ASK YOU TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES
Bugs/issues can be impossible or very time consuming to fix if developers don’t have enough information to reproduce them. Since CIS is free, development time is limited. So if you want your issue fixed, please use the format below to describe it.

To avoid clutter, issues not described in the format below your post will not be moved to the ‘moderator verified’ issues topic. This means that the developers may not look at it.

Best wishes and many thanks in anticipation

I am having a similar problem. Can someone from Comodo please address the issue rather than pick at the formatting of postings? It seems that Comodo is ignoring this issue. AND, instead of trying to offer a real fix they look for minor issues as to why they cannot address the problem (like the format of the post). There seems to be quite a few postings regarding the cmdagent.exe utilizing the CPU at 90% to 100%. If Comodo has a solution or work-around, please let your customers know about it. If you do not have anything, then please let us know you are addressing the situation and what is being done.

Sorry most Moderators are just users like you, and moderate the Forum in there spare time.

Staff members will have a Staff avatar.

The Format was decide as the best way for Devs. to replicate the issue and fix it.

If they require further information this is normally request by PM, it is very rare they post.

Please start a new topic and provide as much information as possible.

Thank you

Dennis
