They are working at both versions. For v3 only bug fixes.

We have both CISV4 BETA and CISV3 in development, so things are getting delayed. We are hopeful for this week but fingers crossed.

Change in Version 3 will be confined to AV update fixes. It will also make sure that in case you are downloading lot of incremental updates and if internet connection is lost halfway, previously downloaded incremental updates are not downloaded again.
