CLP ?

Has this been removed as of yet?

If this has been removed could you attach a link to the d\l of the CPF that is the latest ?

I have not installed any version of the CPF as of yet.

The new version of CPF (due today) is not normally released until about 16:00 UTC/GMT.

As for CLP, I’ve only seen what you’ve already read. So, I guess, we’ll have to wait & see.

Hi,

CLP has been removed from setup from know on. However, the setup won’t affect existing installed software, so if launchpad is already installed it won’t be removed with the new setup.

Sorry for the confusion on my part, but you responded below in another thread after mine timewise with this reply:

So does the 2.3.4 still have the CLP in it ?

Hi,

Version 2.3.4 still has CLP. However, from the release of 2.3.5 CLP will not be installed with it - although, the setup does not affect existing software so if CLP is already on with another program it won’t be removed.

So Mike, what your saying is I have to wait until the 2.3.5 version is released even though I have not installed any version as of yet, to NOT have the CLP included. Right?
