Cloud Drive Not Accessible

Hello. I just signed up for the free 5GB service. So far, nothing will back up. When I try to access the cloud, I get this error:

“W:\ is not accessible. An internal error occurred.”

Using the latest version: Comodo Cloud version 2.2.2.17

Thanks but no thanks. I’ve already moved on…found two other backup services that run seamlessly, fast, and w/o glitches. I did not sign up w/Comodo to be a beta tester.
