All of a sudden CD is opening my clicked links twice. I thought it was a glitch when it happened one time but it continues to happen so apparently it is a bug.

Have you tried disabling all 3rd party extensions in case of a conflict?
What is your operating system?
Also you could try Dragon portable, this will eliminate any possible Dragon user profile corruption.
Note: The portable version is totally independent from your installed version.
