Clean PC mode

In CIS v5.x HIPS module was enabled by default.
By choosing “Clean PC mode” after fresh Windows and other software installation we could told CIS to consider everything safe and monitor execution/installation of only new software.

Now, in CIS v6 HIPS is disabled by default and so are its modes.
Does this mean that we have to enable it and choose “Clean PC mode” to get same functionality or there is some other catch with BB?
Let’s say that I am new user who doesn’t wanna deal with lots of pop-ups and therefore HIPS should be disabled.

1.The users must enable the HIPS first.

2.A new clean PC mode appears after the user has disabled the HIPS and the BB.
