CIStray.exe won't start on hardened W10 1809

I have Comodo Firewall 10.2.0.6526 running on a W10 1809 computer, which is hardened by GPOs following the MS Baseline Security guidelines. Unfortunately, CIStray.exe won’t start anymore.

The only feedback I can grab from the eventlog and the CisReport generated is stated below. Based on this, I assume CIStray has some trouble to rpc connect somewhere!? Would you have any guidance on what service might be missing or GPO might block its start?
