Besides the installed Comodo Internet security, which is required to remove also installed additional programs: Comodo Secure Shopping and Internet Security Essentials Additional programs should be removed as well as COMODO Internet Security before installing version 11?No need to remove. While CIS 11 is updated from CIS 10, both Internet Security Essential(ISE) and Secure Shopping gets updated automatically.
I am going to import the settings file from version 10 to version 11. Problems will not with import??Please try to export and import the configuration and if issue still exist, we will investigate further and fix it.

If you use offline installer, the CSS and ISE will be updated on automatically by binary check.

No, it won’t uninstall Internet Security Essential(ISE) and Secure Shopping(SS). Only Comodo internet security will be uninstalled.

I have decided to share history as I upgraded from version 10 to version 11
In the beginning I exported setting up version 10
I have removed version 10
I have removed all traces of version 10
I have established version 11
I imported setting up version 10
Result
The mistake at diagnostics has disappeared
But there was other mistake. We will talk in more detail
On a desktop the gadget of Comodo has reported that several tens of programs expect consideration. Well. I send them all for check. After check only 11 programs haven’t been defined as considers the known, all other Comodo as safe. Well. I reboot the laptop. In 3 hour of work I notice that again several tens of programs expect consideration.
Every other day works of these programs there were several hundreds!! I have looked what programs are. You won’t beleive it. Among not the known programs for Comodo have appeared - even process of Comodo!! Again I send everything for check, again only 11 files not the famous others are recognized as safe. And, of course, Comodo informed me that all safe files have been brought in base given as the entrusted programs. To me to rejoice to such outcome. But - next day everything has repeated at first: 400 programs were not certain. And so – in an infinite cycle.
In this regard question. Why version 11 so not the stable program??
Won’t you have version 15 that I have stopped being a beta a tester?? I have many other efforts …. What shall I do?
