CIS3.14 doesn't detect networks

I’m using Windows 7 Pro x64 with CIS 3.14.130099.587 (firewall only and clean install). CIS doesn’t detect any networks. Is this affecting to my security?

There is only Loopback Zone in My Network Zones. (screenshot below). How can I fix this?
